The front desk staff completed the check-in process efficiently. The room included a walk-in shower that I found great. The food was plentiful and of good quality. Staff were helpful throughout the stay.

I had a small request for Gulab jamun that incurred an unexpected charge. I felt this was not right considering I was staying at the hotel. They quoted a price of 1200 rs plus GST for three pieces of that dessert.

Aayush at Corbys provided accommodating service and fulfilled all our requests. His really good service enhanced our dining experience. His menu knowledge impressed me, he offered excellent recommendations suiting my tastes perfectly. Pratiksha at reception checked me in and upgraded my room without charge and ensured every request was promptly honoured. The daily breakfast had lots of variety and the staff were friendly. They were courteous, attentive and professional.

The reservation desk was very unhelpful and showed no flexibility with early check-in despite my hyatt membership.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. It featured a good shower and ample space for luggage. The bed had premium linens and provided excellent support. The climate control system maintained a steady room temperature. The room also had blackout curtains.

the staff at breakfast were friendly and courteous. mani, our housekeeper, ensured our room was always comfortable. prakhar at the front desk assisted me with organizing a surprise. dina and suraj showed commendable hospitality .

i found the hotel to be very centrally located it was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions i especially liked the excellent breakfast at corby's that included many choices also the staff consistently ensured rooms were super clean they always checked if i needed anything additionally the hotel spa was really good i found it easy to schedule rejuvenating treatments even on short notice

i did notice that the in-room dining service was a little slow sometimes i think they could improve the speed of delivery for late-night orders it wasn't a major issue though
